Description
This program fulfills the training requirements for individuals pursuing NJ DOH permits for performing inspections and risk assessments for lead-based paint in housing and public buildings. Trainees must pass a 100 question exam and a hands-on skills assessment with a score of 70% or better.
Agenda / Additional Information
Trainees must also schedule and pass a 100 question state exam ($70.00) and pay a permit fee of $ 150.00 to NJ DOH to be able to perform the work. Experience in inspection is required to obtain the permit. Call for details.
