In this training we will discuss identifying special processes during routine inspections from photos and menu review, creating food flows for standardization, and conducting verification audits of approved special processes.
The training will run from 9:30am to 3:45 pm, lunch is 11:45-12:45. It is encouraged to work in small groups for the breakout exercises.
