In order to receive public health continuing education credits for the above subject training course, please provide documentation of course completion such as a certificate to the State MRC Coordinator julie.petix@doh.nj.gov.

Once received, your name will be confirmed on the NJLMN course roster and submitted in the NJLMN. The credits will then appear on your NJLMN transcript.

For New Jersey Medical Reserve Corps volunteers, kindly ensure that a copy of your course training certificate is also provided to your Medical Reserve Corps Unit Coordinator also.
