About NJLMN
Welcome to NJLMN
The New Jersey Learning Management Network (NJLMN) is an online resource for New Jersey's public health, safety, and emergency preparedness workforce.
Quick Reference Guide:
To create a NJLMN account:
- Click HOME
- Click Create New Account Here link in the center of the screen or Create Account in the log in box
- Enter an active email address and click Submit. The email address you enter will be your NJLMN username.
- Complete the My Account information page
- Click Submit to create your account
- Note: It is important that you do not set up multiple accounts; this may result in an inaccurate recording of your registrations and transcript. If you think you already have an account, click Forgot Password or contact NJLMN support at 609-358-1218 or njlmn@njlincs.net
To log in to NJLMN:
- Click HOME
- Enter Username in log in box (this was the email address you used to create your NJLMN account)
- Enter your NJLMN Password
- Click Log in
If you forgot Your Password:
- Click HOME
- Click Forgot Password in the log in box
- Enter your NJLMN username (this is the email address you used to create your account)
- An email containing the password will be sent to that email address
To Register for a Course:
Once you are logged in, you can search for courses, conferences or other training opportunities. Select the appropriate blue button to search for Classroom based or Online based courses.
- The Classroom Course Catalog:
-The classroom course catalog allows you to search by date, by credit type or by key word
-Locate the course you are interested in and register by clicking REGISTER on the right side Status column
-A confirmation page will appear containing details about the course. Click Yes or NO - to confirm your registration
-You will receive confirmation email detailing the course information for your records
- The Online Course Catalog:
-The online course catalog allows you to search for courses, by credit type and key word
-Locate the course you are interested in and register by clicking REGISTER on the right side Status column
-A confirmation page will appear containing details about the course. Click Yes or NO - to confirm your registration
-You will receive confirmation email detailing the course information for your records
To Unregister for a Course:
- Log in to your NJLMN account.
- Locate the course through the appropriate course catalog, click Register
- The cancel confirmation page will appear, select Unregister
- Once confirmed, you will be removed from the course roster
Personal Toolbar Links:
The following links appear once you are logged into the NJLMN.- My Account:
This page contains the information you completed when you first registered for an NJLMN account.
Please keep your information current, by periodically updating this form and clicking SUBMIT at the bottom of the page.
- My Online Courses:
This page displays all Online courses you have registered for and their current status.
You can use this page to return to Online courses already in progress.
- My Registrations:
This page displays both classroom and online course registrations.
Reminder: If you are unable to attend a course you previously registered for, you can un-register for that course.
- My Transcripts:
Use this page to display/print your transcript by summary, date, program, credit type.
You can also customize your transcript to meet your professional license and certification requirements.
