Description

This Seafood HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) course teaches how to create and implement a HACCP food safety system. This training class is a collaborative effort between government agencies and the seafood industry. Each participant receives a Certificate from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) and 16 Continuing Education credits.

This hands on, in-person, live three (3) day class has max. 9 students.
